Chop Suey recipe is a Filipino recipe that comes in many variations. In the variation we will write about we used a mamasita mix since the ingredients that we need aren't available in the country I come from. Filipino Chop Suey recipe Originally also includes baby corn and starch corn beans.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 packet Mamasita Chop Suey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Oliv Oil
  • Chopped Cabbage - 100 grams
  • Chopped Broccoli - 100 grams
  • Chopped Cauliflower - 100 grams
  • Snow Peas - 100 grams
  • 2 Medium Carrots (chopped)
  • 1 Medium Res Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Medium yellow Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 250 grams Boneless Chicken (diced)
  • 250 grams Pork (diced)
  • 1 cup Water
  1. Heat oil in a pan and place the garlic with onions and cook til its golden brown
  2. Add chicken and the pork until almost cooked
  3. Add the water and the mamasita chop chuey mix.
  4. Put all the vegatables except the cabbage and stir fry the whole mix for about 15 minutes
  5. Adjust the flavor to taste with Salt and Pepper
  6. Add the cabbage as last ingredient and let it cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with white rice
